Technique reminder
  1. As each word lands, fold it into one moving mental scene — don't collect separate words.
  2. Mutter the whole scene once, in one breath, the instant the last word arrives.
  3. If a word triggers a strong reaction, take one breath and deliberately move on so it doesn't crowd out the rest.
